capturing the world...and ghosts???

It's been a busy stressed out week, but humbling and blessed time in my life. I've been busy with work but had a great weekend capturing home with my new snapper. And I've become quite the snapper!

Dad and I drove to Howorth in our new 'Twinkle', well I did the driving while Dad gave the directions. I didn't mind though as it was a gorgeous hot day. I was a little hung over from the night before so work wasn't an option. HA! I really needed to try this camera out more and desperately needed some new shots for 'inspiration' for the art. I had in mind some beautiful rows of classic english cottages covered with blooming flowers...well there was cottages and flowers, but they wern't quite in bloom. But I got some nice shots non the less...and more than I bargained for so it would seem!

Bronte country is very attractive, known best for the famous writers who hail from there..that's right the Bronte sisters: Charlotte, Emily and Anne. Their fathers parsonage is located right next to the family church where he was a priest. The house is virtually untouched apart from an extension added some years ago. It is preserved and the deco is just as it was at the time the Brontes lived there.

Well, being an attractive house I wanted to snaps, so snap I did. I took several shots of the front of the house 5/6 maybe. Then we ventured into the main town...well here's the exciting part..when I got home and uploaded them onto my computer I noticed in two of the shots of the house there was what appeared to be a man's face in one of the windows! BIG SHOCK!

I sat there for ever and studied it then after Dad's viewing..and minor alternatives and viewing a portrait of Branwell Bronte (the brother), I was pretty sure I had captured a ghost! The likeness was sooo like Branwell, he even had a beard and glasses, just like Branwell. I have sent the images away to be analysed by paranormal specialists..I just need clarification on what it is I have captured!! But it was seriously freaky and exciting at the same time!!
